Leave the house with the quote already sent.

GlazeQuote is a quoting app for window and door installers. Your salesperson builds the opening on a tablet in the customer's living room, prices it from your own price list, and emails a branded PDF before they get back to the van.

The GlazeQuote quote screen on a tablet, showing three window lines with prices, a running total and the actions to add a window or preview the quote.

Three taps, a price, a PDF.

  1. 01

    Build the opening

Choose windows or doors, split the panes to match what is actually in the wall, and tap the panes that open. GlazeQuote matches the layout to a style in your catalogue and shows you the drawing it has landed on, so a mistake is obvious before it reaches a price.

  2. 02

Price it from your own list

Sizes and quantities go into your pricing matrix, not a generic one. Fitting, scaffolding, skip hire and anything else the job needs are added as their own lines. VAT and totals recalculate as you work, so the number on screen is the number you can say out loud.

  3. 03

    Send it before you leave

A quote PDF in your branding, emailed while you are still on the doorstep. You decide whether the customer sees a price against every item or a single total. Once a quote is sent it locks, so the version they received is the version you can look up later.

Built for a doorstep, not a desk.

  • Runs in the browser on the tablet your team already carries. Add it to the home screen and it opens full screen, like any other app.
  • Your prices and your branding. The customer's PDF carries your name, not ours.
  • Every company's quotes are kept separate from every other company's, and the whole thing is hosted in the UK.
  • Quotes stay editable while they are drafts. Sent quotes lock, and you extend, accept or withdraw them from the same screen.
A window opened on the quote screen, showing its quantity control, unit price and the option to add another like it.
The same quote screen on a phone, with the summary and total below the list of windows.

Who it is for

Window and door installers whose salespeople quote in the home: the ones who measure up, drive back to the office, type it into a spreadsheet, and post a quote two days later.

That gap is where the job gets lost. The customer has had two other companies through the door in the meantime, and the one who left a price behind is the one they remember.

GlazeQuote is in pilot with its first installer.

If you fit windows and doors and you want to try it on a real job, send us a line and we will show you the app on your own price list.
